Refund policy

If a file is corrupt, materially incomplete, or not the product described, contact support within 14 days. We will first provide a working replacement and, when that does not resolve the problem, issue an appropriate refund.

Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after a successful download because digital files cannot be returned. If no download has occurred, contact support within 14 days and we will review the request.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Approved full refunds revoke the download entitlement immediately. Stripe may also provide transaction-level support when acting as merchant of record.
