Digital products are licensed, not sold as unrestricted intellectual property. Product descriptions identify the files and license tier included at checkout.

Payment and taxes

Eligible transactions use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record, calculates applicable indirect tax, and provides transaction-level payment support. Prices are shown in USD; tax may be added based on location.

Professional judgment

Materials are educational and do not replace accounting, legal, tax, cybersecurity, or investment advice. Users remain responsible for validating outputs, protecting confidential data, and following organizational controls.

Prohibited use

Do not resell, publicly post, sublicense, redistribute to clients, remove rights notices, or use the materials to train a model. Automated abuse of checkout, recovery, or download routes is prohibited.

Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep delivery available. Access may be suspended for fraud, chargeback, refund, license abuse, or legal requirements.
